Prime Margarito in today's WW division

margarito was a quality exciting fighter, value for money everytime

but yeah he probably would have done about as well as he did do, although he was a top level fighter i dont think his style would ever let him be the absolute very top

its a pity that boxing fans are daft enough to slate margarito for the loaded gloves yet to love a long list of fighters like holyfield after being caught using peds

And many world class trainers have claimed that if they wanted to, they can easily tamper the wrap without the fighter knowing.. I even made a thread about this not too long ago..

Margarito was a fighter who earned everything the hard way. Nothing was handed to him.

Finito, this has to stop. It was not a pinch. You read an article from a guy who wants to minimize for Margarito. Anybody can write an article. Remember Arum said the Commission is just picking on Margarito because he is Mexican. Is that true too? Here is an interview from the guy who caught him. It was a block and it was in both wraps even in the wraps the commission had signed off on.

in fact i would go as far as to say he has a real vested interested in making sure that the offence is maximised

Maximize it for what? His fighter beat up and knocked out Margarito. And besides this is from the guy who was there not some dude writing like we are now. Come on man like a pinch of plaster is going to be effective...and coincidentally a pinch in each wrap? This thread is starting to get too funny. You're brighter than that. You just don't want to admit you're wrong. Show me where anyone involved said it was a pinch. Even his trainer admitted later but tried to say those wraps were only used for training purposes and he accidentally switched them.
