You guys are a bunch of bias fans that are willing to keep floyd at #1 no matter how little he does or how much the REAL fighters do. I still don't know how good floyd is and neither do you because he doesn't take any risky fights.

Beating a version of DLH that had 1 fight in like 3 or 4 years and knocking out Hatton who continually came in with his hands down asking to get KTFO hardly qualifies as p4p worthy.

It's simple math, Pac is deserving of the p4p crown.
I think beating De La Hoya at 154 is a bigger win than Pacquaio beating Marquez by controversial decision, especially when you factor in the amount of damage Pacquaio absorbed.

And hatton was the undisiputed, undefeated junior welterweight champ and Floyd simply annihilated him.

Pacquiao won by the skin of his teeth, at least three quarters of people here think he lost. There were several times he looked out on his feet.

there's no comparison,Floyd isa different league altogether.
Oh no comparison at all with Mayweather. His kind of wins of not trying to engage because he is being out powered, backs out, run along the ring, then tires his opponent and take the chance to score a few jabs or if lucky eg: versus Hatton knocks him down due to opponents frustration is a sort of gayish for me. He cant fight with face head on which some say is a smart boxing but pretty boring imo. While on the other hand Pacquiao will not back off a face to face aggression. He will pound and get pounded but still come up victorious which makes him the no. 1 p4p boxer. The excitement and drama with Pacquiaos' fight is way far above than Mayweathers boring tactics. A well deserve win for Pacquiao! the 3rd round knock down shouts the 1 point difference which the judge saw in favor of Pacquiao. The rest of the round has been an even exchange and we dont need to get technical with that.
No true boxing and knowledgable boxing fan finds Floyd Mayweather boring. His style is stylistically beautiful. Boxing is the art of hitting and not being hit.

Floyd is the current era's undisputed master of that art.

Besides he's never been a fighter to fight scared as you suggest. He's slick and doesnt get hit but he's gone toe to toe plenty of times in his career and won every time.
