I attempted training when I was sick.
Didn't do me any good, just lots of blood from places blood shouldn't have been coming from and even more vomit.
Better now though and getting back in form.
If it's just allergies you're suffering from, it's possible to get over them by biting the bullet and training anyway. But if it's an actual sickness (as in your case), trying to work out is the WORST thing you can do.
