I've told you recently about being thrown in with a 30 fight pro light heavy and having my face ripped open, but 12 hours sounds impossible.

It was definitly a message training session,I didnt even blink when I read it. Ive heard worse shit over the years.
Andrew wont like this when he logs on,but he was bluntly saying "Your a tub of goo"
Jesus Christ, thats inhumane.

But at the end of the day, elevated fitness will make a big difference.
