I was looking at old results and saw a name I knew. A guy who is a personal trainer and elite runner. He did it in an hour. So I'm thinking 1 hour and 20 minutes.
It's hard to tell with these things isn't it! I mean so much depends on how much you like hills compared to him and well rivers - there's something I haven't ever come across so I wouldn't even know where to begin taking that into consideration!

I'm meant to be doing a marathon in September but uni has made it very difficult to train properly this week. I'm telling myself it will be ok if I don't push too hard as well. I'm really 100 % sure I'm mature enough to actually do that though!
