It's great though for a few things... Like, you're an amatuer... You've been in 4 bouts if I'm not mistaken... When they start to get taxing, you find that the more speedbag work you do helps keep your hands up when you're spent... I saw that anyway
Been lacking a bit in training POB had some rough patches in my life as you know, so i took a bit of a break from boxing. Come back not long ago had my first sparring session in awhile, and had a competitive sparring session, but the problem is i was getting caught more than i should have done, and it got rough and i got buzzed with a few shots.........

And i had some pains in the back of the head after so im gonna lay off, sparring for 2 weeks. Then im gonna comeback and start really putting in the work again, its just things in your life distract you so you can't always keep your mind totally focused on boxing, but good advice on the speed bag thanks bro.

You do what you need to do, kid! You're livin life like a real man does... Putting the things that matter first.

But seriously... You
ever even lay off for even a few weeks and you'll feel a considerable difference in your game... give it time... rust comes off in a few days(training and sparring anyway)

Remember one thing when you spar.... Seriously... Reset if you're uncomfortable... It's not a fight! I had to tell myself that weekly... "It's not a fight"
