The 42 year old version of Larry Holmes was better than the 38 year old version, who was ring rusty and only had a few weeks to train for Mike Tyson. And a prime Larry Holmes would of beat a prime Mike Tyson, even a ring rusty shot Larry Holmes was holding his own against Mike Tyson until he got caught.
