Baldomir is a tough guy who knows how to fight. Oscar is more skilled but Baldomir is more consistant. I think Oscar would win a fairly close decision at 154. Baldomir is slow enough that Oscar would probably just outbox him by beating him to the punch. That said, although Carlos lost his last fight, he didnt look bad.
