No way will they fight in MSG, for the same reason Pac & Hatton didn't fight in Wembley. The money the casinos put up is just too valuable. That's why the big fights will continue to be there. The MGM Grand could give away all the tickets as comps & probably still make a tidy profit from what people spend in the casinos & shops throughout the day.
Anyway, according to this whoever wins it appears Arum simply doesn't want to do the deal with Mayweather. In fact, he doesn't even want to bother trying to negotiate.
