If Floyd is sincere in cleaning the sport, he should present his case and advocate change with the governing body, the Athletic or Boxing Commissions. They are the entity in charge on safety of boxers. That's what I meant by Floyd going out of boxing protocol. He's making his own rule. NSAC are very good doing their job so far.
