Why is it so hard for people to believe that these guys are human? And that even though this Japanese gentleman only had 8 KOs, he's still a pro fighter who spends his time training his body to throw a punch?

For me, Kirkland had no respectfor this guy, he walked into a great punch that he never saw coming, and he never recovered from it. No need to come up with rediculous theories like being in jail ruined his chin... lol.
Did you watch the fight though? Saying the opponent was a trained fighter is kind of silly given where you are posting, was it the first one Kirkland had stepped in the ring with? His opponent not only had a poor Ko ratio, he didn't have any visible snap at all save from the finishing punch, Kirkland without a doubt showed terrible punch resistance being knocked down the first couple of times. Maybe something did happen to him in jail, even if it where just that he was inactive for as long as he was. Kirkland is a guy who has to be in excellent shape if he wants any chance of hanging with a good fighter, just given his style. I had only seen him prior to being in jail before this, and even then there was no doubt he was wide open, but he beat some decent opponents on account of tenactity and output. Last night right from the bell he looked awful, still held his hands low and didnt' move his head walking forward, only he didn't even throw punches to offset this. I just watched it after reading the result so knew it was coming but I can't imagine it would have shocked me whatsoever if I'd seen it live, it was like WTF did Kirkland expect fighting like that. It was absolutely a case of Kirkland being that shit imo, whether it was just last night or has always been the case I'm not sure.
