I eat plenty of protein as a devoted carnivore, so don't want too much of that. I want a viable alternative to the horrors of veggies. Plus Wiki says other protein sources are much cheaper than taking this. I think I prefer chicken breasts more in that regard. Still, I don't eat enough, so any kind of boost would possibly be useful.

For me Im with the idea that man made supliments pass through you.

If you take liquid iron to raise your iron levels you piss most of it out same goes for many man made vitamin supplements its in your piss and down the shitter within the hour.

If you take natural products like barley grass, pumkin seeds,walnuts, those types of things, and your levels are taken into the body via the stomach I think they are kept there in the blood easier, we've been doing it with my misses whos red cell/iron blood count was down to 7.2 (dangerous) and the doctors couldnt keep it up trying everything even a transfusion, but we have been building it up through the Spirilina supplement intake route.
