This means I must use at least 15mg a day with normal everyday wanking needs!

So should I be taking this in pill form? If I'm not getting much in my diet, and I'm jacking the rest away I must be chronically deficient, as I would imagine would be most other males in the Western world....
    Are you a vegan?

If not, then don't worry about it.

haha apart from chicken and milk I don't eat any of them. I am fucked!
You don't eat cheese? I would rather die than give up cheese.
Can you get New Zealand 'Mainland' cheese there mate? vintage mainland is the bomb of cheese.so is Cracker barrel vintage and Milel.

We get into the King Island triple cream brie a bit too
I've never seen Mainland cheese here, but it doesn't mean I couldn't find it somewhere in town. We get Cracker Barrel, but I've never seen the 'vintage' brand. Most Cracker Barrel I have had has been pretty mediocre.

The best cheese I have ever had is probably Salt Spring Island Cheese Company. Just un-fucking-real.

Perhaps we can arrange some kind of cheese exchange between our two hemispheres?
Wonder if its allowed? biscuits and chocolate are.

Chocolate, I hope you have Cadburys up there.

Mainland is weird but yum it has a creamy texture but within it are these minature hard balls of sharper taste they are nearly crunchy once you find them left in your mouth.

I imagine you'd have something similar. Milels got it in it too.

King Island tripple cream brie is for real, it just marches straight on down to the Aorta valve for that future group meeting where all the cheese you ever ate congregates to eventually vote you on out of here. So
I don't know if it's legal to ship dairy products halfway around the world. It'd be a bitch to keep them refrigerated.

I don't care about taste really, but I want to know which nuts are going to re-energise me and make me young again. I hate veggies, so if nuts can work the same role then I will go for it as nuts taste better than veggies.

What do we need zinc for anyway? What is that going to do for me?

I've just searched it, what makes this superior to regular multi vitamins?

I eat plenty of protein as a devoted carnivore, so don't want too much of that. I want a viable alternative to the horrors of veggies. Plus Wiki says other protein sources are much cheaper than taking this. I think I prefer chicken breasts more in that regard. Still, I don't eat enough, so any kind of boost would possibly be useful.

It seems there are plenty of health benefits, but also some worrying elements.

    I just read it here.

For me Im with the idea that man made supliments pass through you.

If you take liquid iron to raise your iron levels you piss most of it out same goes for many man made vitamin supplements its in your piss and down the shitter within the hour.

If you take natural products like barley grass, pumkin seeds, walnuts, those types of things, and your levels are taken into the body via the stomach I think they are kept there in the blood easier, we've been doing it with my misses whos red cell/iron blood count was down to 7.2 (dangerous) and the doctors couldnt keep it up trying everything even a transfusion, but we have been building it up through the Spirilina supplement intake route.

But surely if it's man made or natural the body still needs to digest it. How effective these things truly are I've no idea though.

Still, sounds like there are a lot of benefits to that spiriluna stuff. Might be worth a shot.

I want to know more about nuts too. Tell me about different nuts, people.
