I agree that the fact that English isn't Wlad's first language matters when assessing whether he is shook/shaken/shooken (:P) by Haye, as for Haye's grasp of English? It's completely irrelevant and just screams a bit of snobbery to be honest.
I don't really know what your first two paragraphs are in reference to really.

Haye was the one talking about Wlad being 'shook'. It is low level dumb English and spoken in front of an audience. It isn't snobbery to point out that Haye doesn't even know how to speak standard English using correct grammatical forms. Haye was speaking English poorly and in a way that nobody should be using. It was awful.

In the heat of the moment the man had no idea how to use his language. That is the only point I was making. Otherwise I have no idea what you are going on about.
