Early Ko's might be hard to come back from mentally but physically they aint too bad sometimes. With Taylor getting Ko'd late in the fights his body has already taken a lot of punishment leading up to that and then the body is seriously dehydrated and in need of refuelling. By the end of a hard 12 rounder the body is exhausted. Look at Mcclellan.
