I know how hard it is in this economy and you should never wish for someone to lose their job, but that ref should never referee another fight ever again.

I had Mares up 6-4 after 10 rounds when I stopped scoring(with 3 rounds I considered very close), and up 3pts because of the KD. I stopped scoring in the 11th after that bullshit.

I hear you dude, fair enough. Agree. In my stubborness I cannot give a round to a guy on a crap call. Him defending it just now is disgusting.

The knockdown was on the beltline according to Mares (and the ref) watched the replay and said I would like to review that again (and Gray said we can watch it again) and ref started backpedaling.

Agbeko really is a great champion, and the fact he didn't respond with hard low blows, he shows integrity and a want to fight. Had that been Hopkins in the ring he would have body slammed Mares and threw the ref over the top rope. But I give a lot of credit to Agbeko for this fight, it says a lot about him as a fighter and a person.

Considering that Mares scored 2 "KD's", it seemed odd that one judge scored it a draw (113-113). I hate fights that get marred by controversy.

Sadly no showtime so I didn't get to see the fight. Sounds like mares got away with sterelizing agbeko permanently and no repercussions whatsoever, hate shit like that, warn the fighter a couple times, deduct a point(s) finally disqualify their ass. Agbeko should have rammed his knee into their collective groins.
