Make em work for it.

My second thoughts are that without benifits many of the communities businesses would fail.

Benefits are as much for turn over to keep the system running as they are to support singles and families, they are not just a dead end for cash,there is a slight turn, but not quite a return. Its like expensive manure.

Trouble starts though when they give it away for nothing or no energy in return whatsoever for the first bit. Thats when it is expensive shit.
