It is Manny Pac's money he can do what he wants with it. Ironic he is criticising him for that.He is also trying to drum up some US nationalist support against the foreigner, bet that will not work either.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Didn't Floyd use this argument to drum up support for his fight with Ortiz? Before that fight, there was an estimate that it may draw 1.7-1.8 million PPV buys. It has been a while since that fight, does anyone here know what the numbers turned out to be?

None of us know what is going on behind the scenes..all we do know is that leonard and al haymon have not confirmed that pac is willing to take a drug test..but he was willing to charge floyd 10 mill for every pound over fight weight..something that no fighter has ever agreed too but guess what floyd agreed to pacs terms..pac did not agree to floyds..simples.
Pac and bob are scared and are the ones ducking..after the fight its all over for them they need to hang it out as much as possible.
According to Keith Kizer:
In 2010, Golden Boy, Top Rank and Pacquiao were in agreement to petition the Nevada Boxing Commission to have additional drug testing where they'd cover the cost. However, Mayweather did not agree. He wanted the USADA involved or he wanted to spearhead it himself.

So even in 2010, Pacquiao was not avoiding any additional drug testing. It was Mayweather who wanted his own drug testing program.
Lol!
Check out their Urban Dictionary...

I thought Pac has NOT agreed yet:
FIGHTHYPE \\ KONCZ CONFIRMS PACQUIAO HAS NOT AGREED TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS WITH NO CUT-OFF DATE
Then Bob Arum says he wants a different organization to do these tests, not the USADA.

They are all from July 2011 and I think one is from August, the one I posted is from July 2011. It's not an article that talks about "what they heard" but straight from the source of Pac's team, Michael Koncz. Still, the other links you posted show how Pac and his team would accept the random blood tests only IF they can pick who takes care of the blood tests. Floyd didn't negotiate or change any of Pac's demands, he accepted them all just the way they were.

Wow so you took an article from FightHype?
The same site which was blasted by Koncz by saying the he was fired by Pacquiao.
Michael Koncz Blast Ben Thompson of Fighthype.com over Letter - Boxing Socialist
It happened in Aug 2011.
The other interview happened in July 2011. Still, Pac and his team are not accepting Floyd's one single demand. They want to chose who does the tests while Floyd agreed to all of their demands without changing anything to his liking. Freddy Roach has been firm about not accepting blood tests too because Pac would be too weakened to train while on a 24/7 for the fight vs Hatton Pac was training the very next day on a hot summer day fine with no problem whatsoever after a blood test. One of the many contradictions they have shown for not taking the random blood tests with no cutoff dates. Their contradictions don't help.
