My sleeping is terrible. I regulary go 30 hours and have gone over 40 a couple times this year.

I'm still up from yesterday midday now so 22 hours

Don't know why, but I have sleep anxiety. I literally cannot stay in bed sometimes, it's torturous for me. That's why I'm usually posting here at all hours.

Tablets don't help as they can't make me sleep at night, I still lay awake for hours but when I do I then sleep for over 15 hours and wake up in late evening and the cycle carries on.

I'm just staying up now so that I hopefully fall asleep this evening. Trouble is if I'm once it gets dark I won't sleep tonight either, I somehow stop being tired and can't get into bed.

The longest for me was well over 50 hours..

regular exercise in a vigorous way such as jogging 35 minutes a day can really bring the zonking sleep upon you that night. also if you cant exercise I read you can do meditaton for about 40 minutes before sleepng, and if you can sink deep enough into a state where you are not meandering through thoughts but just empty-minded, it is quite healthy and can substitute for a couple hours of sleep.

I normally have restless nights but the 22 hours staying awake has done wonders this week, slept really well. Will not do the same this week for the fight but will watch the repeat in the evening. probably will do the same for the Margarito v Cotto fight in December.

Same here. I have terrible sleep anxiety.

The whole need for sleep is just silliness really. Humans would be much better off living for 40 years and never sleeping. Far more efficient. Sleep is just a stop gap and all too much of an effort.

Who needs sleep anyway, 5 hours a night is plenty.

    I'll sleep when I'm dead!

You are dead when yoare dead and not a sleep, so no one will be waking you up.

I don't like that Gadaffi was murdered or put in a fridge, but I do like how he is never going to be awoken by all those freaks in dresses taking pictures of him while resting for all eternity.

I would like to murder each and every one that took a picture of a corpse mind you, fucking perverse weirdo's. "Well, I will stick this picture next to you and little Lucy. Oh and this one is dead Gadaffi.". That's fucked up.

Gaddafi was murdered in cold blood. Is that what we're doing now? Is this what the US has become? Murder a head of state who has not invaded any country? They murdered Saddam for the same "reason". He had lost the Gulf War in 1991. It was over. Why was he invaded again in 2003 and murdered with his 2 sons? Why was Awlaki murdered last month? He was a US citizen. No trial. No charges. No right to an attorney. This is what we have now. And the sheeple aren't saying anything.

Like Matty I've gone 4 days when chemically aided in Ibiza. Happy Days.

I actually need sleep more than I'd like. I always get 8 hours every night but I'm still tired the next day; I've even been to see the doctor about it. My Dad is an insomniac and I wish I was more like him so that I had more time to do stuff. I've even googled it to see if I can condition myself to need less sleep but apparently it's bot possible.
