He was focused on landing his right hook but other than that he was the same old manny who fought marquez back in 2004. He was predictably throwing the same double jab and left straight when he got frustrated and was hesitant after getting tagged with marquez's counter hooks. Between spurts of 2004 aggressive manny and an improved footwork and dodging ability he was still the same old pac who fought against the previous 2 iterations of marquez. Only now he wasn't able to kd jmm.

Yes he was the same old Manny who has had trouble with Marquez before, but didn't appear to have learned anything? Where were the angles, the elusiveness that were there in fights against Cotto, DLH and Mosley? Pacquaio played into Marquez's hands, he almost lost this fight, i scored it for Manny, but was in fact expecting a JMM verdict. I hate scoring even rounds so i went for Manny in round 1 and 11, those rounds could easily have gone to Marquez.
Maybe Floyd will now think the Pacman is on the slide and take up the offer? I actually think boxing will be better off seeing these two go at it one more time. Floyd needs to look at Cotto or Martinez, unless he fights Pacman next then that pay day has vanished. Pacquaio showed some signs of wear and tear in this fight and his demise is imminent. 2012 should him out.

Ledderman and PSL are smoking crack. No way did JMM only win 4 rounds, absolute joke.

The elusiveness was very much there. Go back and rematch. PAC had jmm punching air on many occasions. I had it as either a draw or a close win for manny. I watched it and did a lot of slo motion viewing. He was disappearing often on jmm after he landed. Jmm was doing a lot of good countering. But mannies aggression and clean punches plus the fact that jmm was backing up won PAC the fight. Many rounds PAC lost and just didn't land. But when he did land he landed.

    Hard to argue with that...
