Highlights two things to me . One the Ref wasnt physically doing his job by touching both or physically ripping them apart, telling one stop leaning its not a wrestling match, then the other to stop pushing.

Also highlights that Kahn could of used footwork and made the other guy pay without expending so much energy pushing dead weight back all the time. Shows hes got allot more to learn about control too.
