I like a ref who lets a fighter fight as much as the next guy, but this is the same idiot who let let Gatti get battered by Gomez; who would have let it continue until the coroner carted his body out in a ba. If Hazzard hadn't intervened in that massacre who knows how long Smoger would have stood by with his thumb up his ass!

Granted I think Margarito should have been left to continue, but using Smoger's decision making as the basis of your argument is laughable. Although laughable is the bearing of the majority of your posts.
