A little of Mormeck sparring for you....doesn't look like he'll be all that hard to find from this display

Wlad's fought short guys before...I would assume that the uppercut will be used by Wlad a bit more. The way Mormeck's head is, he is leading with the very hardest part, but Wlad's no dope, he knows how to handle it. Mormeck's punches also don't look quick and compact, it could be to try and lull Wlad to sleep, but really it's not going to be a problem. Wlad has the length and accuracy to keep Mormeck at bay, Mormeck can't move his feet all that well, and Wlad will eventually stand him up and knock him out.
It'll be extremely hard to keep bobbing & weaving without taking damage...hopefully Kevin Rooney gets some success from this venture. Rooney is even starting to look like Cus, bald head and all.
There's probably not too many boxing fans around who even know who Kevin Rooney is. He had his 15 minutes of fame being Tyson's trainer for a few fights before falling off the face of the fucking earth.
Mormeck would probably be better off fighting like he always has, trying to imitate Tyson at this late stage in his career, is silly.
Wlad and Manny are pretending this isn't a mismatch to build up/promote the fight a bit, and to have an excuse in case Mormeck lands that one in a million shot on Wlady's china chin.![]()
Mormeck is certainly trying his hand at the Tyson style. Bobbing and weaving his way in.
However, the guy he was sparring was pawing with the jab and throwing light right hands, also he didn't appear to be 6'7" like Wladimir is.
Also when Mormeck got on the inside he wasn't unloading hard shots, I know its sparring, but for such a serious fight Mormeck should be getting harder sparring.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
This card is scheduled to start today @ about 4:45 PM ET time here in North America or 9:45 PM in the UK and Germany. Some of the undercard fights may be shown earlier depending on the live feed or network you get.
At Düsseldorf, Germany (Epix and EpixHD.com): Wladimir Klitschko vs. Jean-Marc Mormeck, 12 rounds, for Klitschko's Ring/WBO/IBF/WBA heavyweight title; Ola Afolabi vs. Valery Brudov, 12 rounds, for vacant WBO interim cruiserweight title; Alexander Ustinov vs. Kertson Manswell, 8 rounds, heavyweights; Stefan Worth vs. Laszlo Toth, 8 rounds, welterweights.
The main event figures to be a one sided snoozer, but the Germans put on a pretty good show, and maybe the undercard will be good.
Vitali was on tv saying Mormec is more of a threat than we think he is. All this means is to try prove his point, he will make this fight last ages when it could be over in a few rounds.
Wlady almost always fights cautious, Brewster, Sanders, and Purity are in the back of his mind. I guess in a way you can't blame him, but it sometimes makes for terminally boring fights. I'm not saying Wlad isn't damn good at what he does, but jesus, he's a huge, powerfully built HW, fight like you've got a pair.
Skelton turning the hands of time and beating up Dallas.
Cue Fenster to say he put money on Skelton down at the bookies and made some cash...![]()
The ref. should be suspended for that...
WTF... Skelton was throwing down hammer fists.![]()
Fair enough, all aftertimers should be shot. I did win on that fight though.
I just lost on that McDonnell fight as I backed it to end between RDS 7-12. Fucking toilet spaniard.
And I have backed Wlad to beat Mormeck in RDS 1-6.
So fuck you and lets hope I win even more money.
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
Alrighty, "Dead Meat" Mormeck has already made his way to the ring, Wlad on his way.
I've got a Sopcast feed for this fight in German.. it's pretty cool![]()
