Juanma should work his defense and stamina and hell be able to still mix it up with some, not saying hell be a world beater but if he wants to keep going let him don't think he'd be a walk in the park for anyone...but in summation glad he lost again somewhat of an egotistical dick, specially after the he knocked down salido...
Ik but when Ortiz lost to maidana he had a cut over his eye which he realized couldn't see out off and did the right move and as for Berto? He was an undefeated champ so being knocked down by him and winning isn't emberrasing at all as for losing to Salido, while undefeated and he's had as many losses as he's had. There is no comparison.

I'm not talkin about being being cut or knocked down, and he did do the right thing by calling it quits against maidana, but it wasn't just a cut he took a beating

But maidana was a top division fighter, not somebody people expect you to beat. Juanma isn't done if he fight other names then maybe avenges the losses soon. But other then that I don't see much coming from him.

Salido is a much better pound for pound fighter than Maidana imo, and while Ortiz certainly has better tools than Lopez he isn't nearly as tough so there's not much of a benchmark to use there. I think Maidana has been flattered by having fought two high profile guys with a lot of talent but no chin(Khan) or will to win(Ortiz). You can't tell me he's more dangerous than Salido after he lost to Devon Alexander in that fashion, any good fighter who can actually think for 12 rounds will beat him from here on I suspect.

Lopez has to get new trainers for a start! In between some rounds they remained silent and clueless.

Lopez learned absolutely nothing from his first beating from the underrated Salido. Just thought he could walk through him this time but got exactly the same beating this time.

Forget Lopez though, this fight was all about Salido. He fought like a total warrior with a phenomonal game plan. A lot of angles as he came in on Lopez. Barring his knockdown it was a flawless display.

What score did you lot have it?

I had it 88-83 – or 7 rounds to Salido and 2 to JM lopez
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
