The relevant question is whether Bute has improved since that first Andrade fight. Don't forget that he beat Bika who is a tough cookie. Andrade, Bika and Johnson all are of a similiar mold though: aggressive, come-forward fighters. Froch is a different animal. When it comes to experience, however, there is no doubt that Froch has the edge. It's not close. Froch probably has the edge over any single fighter in or around that weight class though, including Ward. To me, Froch has a puncher's chance here, but a decent puncher's chance. It's quite possible he ko's Bute with a big uppercut from distance that catches Bute unaware. On the other hand, I don't see Froch outboxing Bute, although Froch has a great jab. As you can see, I'm torn.
