As far as the sausages thing goes there's an award-winning sausage making butcher near me and I but about fifteen at a time, pierce them and bake them on raied grills so the fat drips out, then put them in a giant flatbread with mustard and eat them. So I out-sausage the lot of you.

Where sbouts mate? North West? My brother worked as a press photographer and came home one day after doing some shots at a butchers that had won some award or something.

He had 3 fucking bags of various flavoured sausages, nice but we froze them. Believe it or not you can only enjoy so mych Sausage (a foreign concept to some here I bet! :P)

We've got a couple of really good butchers in the area, and from the standard pork to the more adventurous ones they're generally all very good.
