NOw we talk quality stuff! We have a place not far from here, it's only opened 3 months a year (more or less), it's called maison Staner Viande pour congélateur :: Maison Staner They do their things with wild meat, it's damn well and tasty and they open up just in time for the BBQ season
I like the look of the sous-vide and you can't beat proper good quality merguez. The guy near me does a beef and garlic sausage that's just like a superior merguez.
