I think he will beat Cotto next year and will be ready for Floyd by then too. He has serious underrated skills.
Just got to out power him and pummel him, he's ordinary.
    Kids far from ordinary..

Also, who do you suggest "out power and out pummel him"??

I think cracking the P4P list has less to do with talent and more to do with acheivements. He won the Title he holds from ... Matthew Hatton. That is about the saddest way to win a title. All the hate he gets is fromthe red carpet Sulemain is rolling out for his boxing career.

James Kirkland would give him a run for his money.

I think the kid has not had adversity, and he has never had to box on the back foot. Hell, Gomez was ahead at the time he got stopped in the 6th round. If you can't put rounds in the bank against him, you might want to start thinking about how he is going to adjust against a slick(er) boxer.

Canelo would beat Cotto now. I think Cotto is severly overrated at this point. He's still riding on past acheivement.. He will lose to Trout
"Floyd needs to inject Xylocaine into his balls to gain the courage to fight Pacquiao."

    - and I quote from some random guy on the internet

“P4P” is a synonym for favourite. If it had any relevance we would not have 17 divisions soon to be 18 and 300 belts. How is it possible to even include two 6‘4 inch 250 pounders on this list? Not a big fan of the phrase “p4p” and you will not see me use it other then to reply once in awhile concerning its use.
It’s been completely bastardized over history to the point of almost being meaningless. Catchy tag I suppose and quicker to say then “my favourites are” or “I think the best are” but its historical significance is long gone.

How the hell can you NOT have PBF as #1 p4p? Pac is coming off a loss, and Ward and Martinez (as good as they are) have a long way to go before they are in the same ball park.

I know someone will respond to this by asking "What you count Pac/Bradley as a loss for Pac?" Well, if you want to play that game, Pac lost to JMM the fight before, so it evens out.

What is the last fight pbf has had which made people think he could lose? When is his last actual dangerous fight? He has hand picked his last 10 fights. He has done nothing spectacular this decade. Why is he in the top 5

He's undefeated and has forgot more about boxing than the other guys mentioned ever knew. Best ring technician since Ray Robinson. The reason people don't think he will lose his fights is because he's insanely good.

So within the last 10 years he couldn't have fought anyone dangerous

The only thing it means in my mind, is if you had a special machine, similar to the one the that Rick Moranis had in Honey I Shrunk the kids, zapp everyone down, or up to the same size, and bingo, who wins, that all P4P means. Its an "Idea" is all......

Just for the record, I think if EVERYONE was the same size, let say 147, for example, I think Prime Mayweather beats pretty much all of them with potentially the exception of Martinez and Ward

Don't see how Froch isn't in there.

Pascal, Direll, Johnson, Abraham and Bute must count for something.

    More deserving than Bradley.

    Edit: Taylor aswell.

Cotto isn't dangerous? A 43-0 Ricky Hatton wasn't dangerous? Mosley? DLH? Victor Ortiz? You're anti-Mayweather bias makes you sound stupid, as it does the rest of his haters.

A old Mosley, Dlh don't qualify at all. Hatton dangerous? Really. Vic Ortiz is a Spanish hatton. Close eyes and rush in. Cotto was the most dangerous out of all of them. Which is why he put up the best fight. One real fight in a decade hardly makes him the best in my book. Step up and fight Paul Williams at a catch, pre injury. You have been called out by Martinez.....make da fuckin fight. Stop choosing to fight people who don't call u out.

Also, why did he never fight katsa zyu after he smashed Zab.

Maybe it had something to do with Floyd being 2 weight classes below Kosta at the time?

It's great that you totally discount Hatton, then slam Floyd for not fighting a guy that Hatton smashed?

    Get real, dude.
