Time travel is all it would take to appear as what most think of as God like.You could fix so much shit.

Imagine just taking something as simple as a few Bic lighters back to the dark ages, that 1 dollar item could have you running the whole show. Well a tazer or a machine gun would do it easier, but a lighter would get you voted in.
