I'm a dark beer man myself.
But of the run-of-the-mill beers, I'd rather have a Miller, Coors, Michelob, or (insert other name here) than a Bud. Can't get past the taste of Bud.

Now that we are reduced to talking about beer choices, the topic equivalent to "Sooo, how bout that weather?", curious to get your thoughts VC on the Petraeus scandal. And the other general dude just got brought into the light.

Obv some people are going full conspiritard on it. News is gonna news be it Msnbc or Fox, and nutters nutter. Kinda wondering where military people stand on it. Is there a general consensus (lol pun), or divide among military people's opinions?

Military folk can get defensive and lose objectivity but with issues of integrity inside our own ranks we don't tolerate it much. Most people feel that Petraeus and any other GO found screwing around should be hung out to dry and made an example of. I'm not hearing any conspiracy stories. Just powerful men making dumb decisions.
