1. pac is a genuinely good man.
2. steroids/hgh should at least manifest itself in increase in muscle mass/density to improve power, pacquiao over the years has not bulked up.
3. this slandering is brought upon by envy.

I'm not saying he is or isn't using but those are three totally baseless and therefore useless arguments.
