Why is crime so high in England?

Stats are pliable but I've seen reports where the UK's violent crime per capita exceeds ours.

To be SHOT....considering how many guns there are in America vs how many there are in England "60 times more likely" ain't all that great a statistic

All things considered... I'll choose the "60 times less likely".
