Id say Duran above 154 was out of shape so his win over Barkley was quite exceptional.

Good call but a lot of people say that Mayorga was just being a showman pulling off media stunts like smoking and eating chicken wings while weighing in. It certainly was an upset though.

The closest I can think of is the late Corrie Sanders vs Wladimir, maybe Tex Cobb vs Earnie Shavers?

Can you guys think of any? Surely it has happened albeit infrequently but it has to have occured before. I remember Buster Douglas used to go into fights flabby, but vs Tyson he looked in great shape.
    Wrong...

Not so much an upset, but how about Tim Wetherspoon vs Bruno.
He was obese, had massive boobs
An looked like he'd never visited a gym.

Tony Tubbs beating the unbeaten Zolkin, and giving Bowe hell, comes to mind.

Good one. He didn't quite beat Bowe, but I was very impressed at how well he could box when I recently caught that fight on ESPN classic.

Tubbs could handle himself in there despite the Tyson loss.
