Haye's real problem is that he does not deliver. I can tolerate some trash talk and boasting, if the guy delivers, but when he fails he goes straight to my shit list.
Haye has failed to deliver-badly-twice but here he is again, wanting another chance. If he earns the chance this time, instead of talking his way into it, let him have one LAST chance. I don't think he can deliver, but I'll respect him more if he just shuts up and fights.

Hang on. He lost once to Klitschko and won a world title to get himself in a position for that fight. So theoretically, he earned that fight. He hasn't actually managed to talk himself into another chance. So really, the hate is over the top. Why people hate on Haye for this in a wasteland of a division yet blindly let it go when Zab Judah gets rolled out for another shot at a title in a stacked division is beyond me.

Haye squeaked by Nikolay Valuev to win the WBA title that should of already been Wlad's. Wlad beat the shit out of Ruslan Chagaev when he was still the WBA champion. But didn't get the belt because the WBA didn't sanction the fight cuz there the WBA and there fucking idoits. Haye didn't earn shit. He talked himself into the first Klitschko fight and he's trying to do it again

He talked himself into the fight with Wlad (4 years of talking mind you) and the WBA being the dupes they are allowed Valuev to dodge Chagaev (whom Wlad pummeled with ease) and Haye fought Valuev to better his purse in the fight with Wlad....as you'll recall, just before that fight Haye had backed out of the fight with Wlad.... "bad back" and all you'll recall.

Haye reminds me of the Nihilists from The Big Lebowski wanting ransom money while all along not having a hostage....

Nothing David Haye says or does interests me anymore.

I just wish the irritating twat and his little pinky toe would shut the fuck up and piss off.

I will believe it when I see it. He is a used car salesmen that stays in shape.

It wasn't a bad back. It was terrible negotiating. Haye was getting paid so much by Setanta, he put all his eggs in the UK TV deal basket. Setanta however, overpaid for football & boxing to outbid Sky, and didn't have the capital to back it up, thus they went under about 3 weeks before the fight due to lack of suscriptions from viewers. Haye would have been fighting almost for free. It is hard enough to get him to fight for millions, let alone for buttons.

There is no point in trying to talk any sense here if you are a true boxing fan who actually attends shows and pays real money to follow the sport.

You need to have never paid to attend a boxing match, and be an internet blagmiester at getting Hong Kong transmissions for nothing to get a post in here.

David Haye gave us some cracking fights, deserves credit. If he does fight again none of these 'commentators' will actually buy a bloody ticket! To my mind they don't deserve a vote, know it all bastards.
