    I hate veg, other than potato which is mash, chips, roast potato etc.
    I love just about any kind of veggie, as well as most kinds of beans, whole wheat waffles/cereals and oatmeal, et all. Veggies tend to be low in calories, but high in fiber and vitamins/minerals.

    best foods of all time: spinach, carrots, wild fish (the 3 main are sardines, salmon and mackerel), seeds of all kinds, berries, natural apple vinegar (2 tsps a day will keep our blood smokin and your bowels rippin).

    Same here with the salmon. I eat blackened at least twice a week, almond dusted asparagus on the side. During hurricane season we buy the red salmon and tuna packets by the case Good shit.
