In actual fact, the most aggressive dogs are the smallest ones. A Jack Russell or terrier type will bite ankles daily and nothing is done.

It's not the dogs at fault, it's the owners.

What happened recently was a terrible tragedy. But that shouldn't mean a cull of all dogs that won't fit in a hand bag.

In almost all cases the owner is responsible. If you are a responsible owner then measures will be taken to ensure these kind if things cannot happen.
