In actual fact, the most aggressive dogs are the smallest ones. A Jack Russell or terrier type will bite ankles daily and nothing is done.

It's not the dogs at fault, it's the owners.

What happened recently was a terrible tragedy. But that shouldn't mean a cull of all dogs that won't fit in a hand bag.
You have a good point. I remember having a paper round when I was younger where there was a little terrier which always tried to bite me through the letterbox and it often ripped up the newspapers. It was as it it was always waiting for me haha :P
