    Right on the shores of Gitche Gumee. Lotsa black bears sure, but fishing is good. We do most of that inland.

    I'd gladly trade you places for a year to check out your neighborhood.

    I don't hunt. I enjoy the company of animals. Lots of grizzles up here. One of the last hold outs on the continent. Plenty of black bears also. I miss the trout fishing in Alberta. The rainbow fishing here are farm fed implants. 6 year life span with no streams to spawn. Only two places in the entire Yukon with indigenous rainbow and they are both catch and release. Monster lake trout here.

    This was my boy prior to the new pups. A husky/blue healer cross. A mutt really since a husky is not really a breed.
