Yes, his best chance would be to strafe back and forth along the shallow end trying to intercept Phelps turning around and get his flurries off there. I don't know how many lengths Phelps could finish if Roy landed something big on him. I guess maybe the ref wouldn't be able to tell his legs are gone since it's underwater though He might get the benefit of the doubt there.

Phelps sparred with our ICB leading up to Beijing and London, that's why he has more gold medals ok. I bet ICB is a way better swimmer than Feliciano is to.
