Listening to talk sport today .

    Barry McGuigan.
    Johnny Nelson.
    Nicky Piper.

All have gone for Haye via quick KO.
    Interesting stuff indeed ,

    Nelson also said this.

"I have actually sparred Fury - I am probably about the same size as Haye, maybe a bit shorter - and he is very hard to hit and pin down because he is so big.

I suppose in his last fight against Steve Cunningham, Fury was pinned down but when you are trying to close the gap and move into range against a bigger opponent, you leave yourself open - and Fury can certainly punch."

A lot of people, myself included, have clearly underestimated Fury.

I am no fan of the three mentioned, but to suggest they know 'fuck all' is a somewhat paradoxical comment.

I'd still pick Haye to KO Fury all these years later.

Times have changed. Fury has just beaten Wlad with a blister whereas Haye struggled with his toe and lost easily.

Why not? He had to pick himself up off his arse and foul his way to a win against an old cruiserweight and Haye has a better pedigree than the twxi drivers that make up Fury's record.

Theres more than a remote probability that he might lose to an 'inactive, part time boxer'...

(Also, is there such a thing as an inactive full time boxer or an active part time boxer? Just curious)

That is to his credit. Haye couldnt do the same.

Haye got off the floor to blast Mormeck's head off. What you on about?

No I mean the even older cruiser weight. The one that smashed his face in

But you said that getting off the floor to beat a cruiserweight is something Haye couldn't do. But he did. Just not the one you were talking about. Your way of debating is very odd.

Also, Carl Thompson was a fucking good fighter and losing to him in your 11th fight, by being outlasted, is not really very shameful. Haye had to learn from that that he needed a plan B if he couldn't just blast a guy out.

Thompson would have been a much bigger name if it werent for Hamed and Bruno hogging the headlines. If he had a full set of teeth that probably would have helped as well.
