Who deserves a shot and hasn't gotten it? Weak division or not Wlad runs it. And he runs it with a iron fist. Cuz I see nobody taking him any time soon. Wlad's actually doing something people want champions to do but very rarely do. He's beaten all the worthy contenders. Now he's beating all the unworthy contenders.
