Being on coke and using PED are two very different things. Floyd uses injections in his hands which are banned in some states. Does that make him a cheat?

I'm not saying he used coke as a PED, but I don't think it's outside of the realm of possibility that he could have done some lines before some of his fights which may or may not have enhanced his performance. If Floyd uses those injections for a fight in a state in which they're banned then yes, he is cheating... Not big time cheating like loading your gloves or being roided up, but he would be breaking the rules.
