*To b honest... I think it's Don Kings worst money making scheme... he had sooo many, he forgot this guy. What King would do with him now... Lopez walked around at 104 pounds, which was the reason he never fought at a higher weight, from what I remember. it was said he burned calories and just couldn't get heavier. King could've spent alittle more time hyping Lopez up... but why would he, he had Tyson...
How good was Lopez? Lopez was the baddest 104 pounder in the world..and history... lets just leave it at that.
I'd take 130lbs Floyd over Lopez any day, all the same.
I still have never seen a virtuoso performance that matched what Floyd did to Diego Corrales. The footwork, precision punching, ring generalship, fighting going forward, backward, inside, outside. The greatest display of boxing I've ever seen.
For me, Natalia Ragozina has a more beautiful form than Finito Lopez.

Bulldog Scotty Olson, 5' in height and a Flyweight, is about the only guy lighter than Featherweight that I can think of that was able to get a little hype goin'...
Tyson Fury.
Text book form and flawless fluidity.Great Inside game, Silky defense, great feet, practically glides around the ring, perfect punch picking from a massive repertoire, each one brilliantly executed. Silky defence, unerring accuracy.
I can see exactly how you would love them both Finito man.
