Big difference, Heredia is a caught cheat who has an unknown background about actually strenght and conditioning training. Ariza is known to have a degree for his field and has nothing to do with the making or distribution of any sort of drugs.
Again let me explain a little more in case you don't get it. Ariza trains physically and has different work out set he would actually give out even on twitter. Heredia in the other hand has none that anybody knows of and the only background he has is being a caught cheat with drugs.
You are an idiot to think Ariza has anything to do with drugs, he does workouts not anything drug related. You can't say the same for Heredia.
I think Ariza had nothing to say bad about Heredia is because Heredia always threatens to sue people. Heredia won't even give you the list of athletes he is working with. Talk about suspicious right?
