Povetkin actually ATTEMPTED to win, Haye just fought like a little bitch. And don't give me this "Wlad and Vitali have their own rules" bullshit, if the ref doesn't call it then it's fair play. Eddie Chambers tried to bodyslam Wlad, it's not like other fighters haven't attempted to retaliate. In the end the opponents simply aren't good enough to beat either brother.
