Try to go to bed at the same time every day.

Read a physical book, no electronics in bed (personally doesn't work for me)
Try to eat some thing at night, if you are hungry you will be more awake, glass of milk works fine.
Turn off the lights, even better if you turn off all lights at 10pm, artifical light will keep you awake.
Or you could just have two wanksDDD
