i found eating carbs at night will make you drowsy. Try eating some pasta with a nice thick alfredo or cream sauce, maybe with some greens mixed in like asparagus or artichokes, add some parmesan grated cheese. Like so:

HaI used to sing my own version of a nursery rhyme to my kids years ago.
Sung at em in the voice of Ren from Ren and Stimpy.
It went something like
Gooo to Sleeeep,Goo too sleeeeep,go to sleeep you little little creeep.
Goo to sleeep and count some sheep oh please go to friggin sleep.
Oh well at least they were laughing before they went off.
