Who is up and coming Tito?

Felix Verdejo looks like he's got the goods. Crossing my fingers he doesn't stumble on tonight's card. Of the Arroyo twins, I like McWilliams and think he's got championship potential. I know VD makes a big deal about Dulorme having lost a fight... but I think Dulorme can be great also.

There's a few out there. But to say local boxing is going through a drought, is like saying the Titanic had a slight mishap on its way through the North Atlantic.
