Greenbeanz, I think it is a poor argument to bring up people 'disliking poor Eastern Europeans' as a pretext for justifying aggressive behaviour. Nobody thinks like that and it is typical liberal behaviour to constantly try to make something into a race issue. It isn't a race issue.

Most just see the complete hypocrisy of the West and in particular America. This was a coup backed by US finance and which has supported groups including neo Nazis. A recent report also suggests that these same Nazis shot protestors and instead it was being spun as though it was government forces. This has nothing to do with race, but the hypocrisy of the West. America has invaded a country illegally and Britain itself has controlled Northern Ireland by force over many decades.

These nations are hypocrites and when Clinton speaks of Nazi Germany comparisons, she seems to have a lack of awareness concerning her own country and her own involvement in Libya and attempted involvement in Syria and least of all her nations tacit support of telling lies to invade a country. At least Russia has a justification for defending its portion of a Russian area. The hyperbole is ridiculous.

I know about the history of the UK, too much so in fact. It is not a very nice history and is typically about oppressing poor people on the mainland and persecuting the Irish. I am not going back hundreds of years, but simply pointing out that Northern Ireland was created and maintained by force. Britain in an instance like this has no right to cast a shadow on anybody else by logical extension.
