Here, any place that sells keg beer will rent taps as well. My friend had a small refrigerator that housed a keg and had a tap on top.

We used to get that at Farm Fresh, Hop-in or any random dive bar with an inattentive over worked new bar back and a 'busy' delivery area out back
The tap courtesy of any random party you semi crash then blend in with for about 30 minutes. Be warned though, the worse boot stomping I ever got was when a friend did that and bailed without giving us a heads up..or the car keys.
Just rent one (do they still rent?) at any major grocery

How many people? You'd need at least one 18er for a small turn. A local pub will sell it to you and hire you the gear with a refundable deposit .If you guys are going to party the next day, get two 18ers. 36 gallons doesnt go far in a big crowd.
